This is an easy one to make with only a handful of ingredients. Give it a try, I bet you like it! I made herb roasted potatoes and corn to go with it.

* I only cooked one so I quartered the ingredients below
- 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne (I added more because I like the 🔥)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 4 Tbs. butter
- Avocado oil or olive oil
- Lemon wedges for plating
Mix all dry ingredients together.

Melt butter and dip all sides of the salmon to coat.
Coat buttered salmon with spice mixture.
In a pan heat avocado oil on high (or close to it). Once hot, sear all sides of the salmon, skin side last. It will only take a couple minutes on each side. Be prepared to fan your smoke alarm 😂

That’s it for the salmon!
I cooked the potatoes (coated in avocado oil and herbs) in an air fryer for about 25 mins on 390F. In the last 5-6 minutes I put in the 1/2 corn on the cob.

Plate with lemon wedges.
Serves 4
If you make it, please let me know what you think 🙂
